Sophie Argetsinger is an illustrator and designer based in Holyoke, Massachusetts. She graduated from Smith College in 2007 and completed a Master’s degree in Forest Conservation at UMass Amherst in 2021. She has a love of the natural world that is reflected in her work and also particularly enjoys drawing monsters and other ‘undesirable’ creatures in an accessible and relatable way. She currently works as the designer and illustrator for the Society of American Foresters.
